How to Register
- Fill out the Google Form below with the appropriate delegation size and contact information
- In 1-2 business days, you will receive an email from us with an invoice informing you of the payments you owe (the sum of your delegation and delegate fees)
- To make your payment, mail in a check to Box 90847 Durham, NC 27708. Checks should be made out to Duke University and mailed with attention to Student Organization & Programming. It is IMPORTANT to write Duke International Relations Association in the memo line of said check.
- Email us to let us know that your check is on its way!
- Once we have received and processed your payment, your position at DISCon XIII will be confirmed.
Registration Policy
Your position at DISCon XIII will not be finalized until we have received and processed your payment. As a result, you will not receive committee assignments until we have received and processed your payment.
Early, regular, and late registration fees are based on the time that you have completed our registration form.

Refund Policy
Should your delegation find themselves no longer able to attend DISCon XIII, we will allow for a 50% refund on delegation and delegate fees until December 1st. After that, we will allow for a 25% refund on delegation and delegate fees until January 1st.
DISCon XIII is operating under the assumption that our conference will be held as normal. However, recent circumstances have reminded us that we need to be vigilant and monitor the health of our university and the surrounding community. Should we need to cancel our conference to protect the safety of our staff and delegates, all delegations will be granted full refunds.
